Shock and indeed horror I can infact do humans too.
At the suggestion of a computer company I did a piece to show I could model realistic style humans.
She isnt finished, the eyelashes and hair still need to be finished and the whole thing needs to go into blender to add those (along with uving and retopology).
Total build time was 4 hours, (1 hour to build the basic head setup and the remaining 3 to clean up and retouch spots).
I had videos but they didnt record properly so I had to unfortunatly scrap them. (manly tear).
Update 1: Completed Retopology of the head (thank you shrinkwrap and Blender’s rediculously easy retopo system), Uv’d and normal map applied. Next time…..The Texturing begins.
Update 2: Texturing skin…. seem to either get imaciated or blotched….more tweaking needed.
Update 3: More work on the skin and mesh, spotted a odd issue with the bridge of the nose on the mesh, and worked on balancing the yellows and purple on the textures. I think it might be time to be time for hair and clothing, BUT FIRST! sleep. G’night all.
